Email support@radarforecast.app and you will get a reply. Include your device, your iOS version and the route you were plotting — that is almost always enough to reproduce whatever went wrong.
Radar Forecast shows you what the weather will be where you are going, at the hour you get there. You give it a route, a ground speed and a departure time; it moves an aircraft along the route while the radar changes underneath, so each frame is the forecast for your position at that hour.
It is a planning aid. It is not a certified EFB, not authoritative, and not for primary navigation or go/no-go decisions. Use ForeFlight, 1800wxbrief.com or aviationweather.gov for those.
KFWS KLIT KMEM.Some cells in the wind table are blank. That leg's arrival time is past the end of the forecast, or the wind data for that hour is stale. Blank is deliberate — it is better than a number that is quietly wrong.
How do I add a stop? Tap the route to open the route dialog. Each intermediate airport has a stop-sign icon; tap it to make that airport a stop and set the ground minutes. Up to three stops. The aircraft pauses there, so later legs line up with the right forecast hour.
How do I route around a cell? Long-press the map to see nearby fixes and tap one to add it to the route.
What do the radar colors mean? Reflectivity in dBZ, on the same scale for forecast and observed frames. Dark green is 30 dBZ — the point at or above which to use extreme caution. If a cell contains anything above dark green, treat the whole cell as that highest intensity.
Why does the forecast disagree with what I see outside? Because it is a forecast. Model output is wrong in the details by definition. Use it to understand the shape of a system before you file, not to fly an approach.
