Radar Forecast
Radar Forecast is a pre-flight planning aid. It is not an Electronic Flight Bag, it is not certified by the FAA or any other authority, and it must not be used for in-flight navigation or as a primary source of weather information.
Always obtain an official weather briefing from an approved source before flight. The pilot in command is solely responsible for the safe conduct of the flight and for compliance with all applicable regulations.
The data shown is computer-generated model output and observed radar, redistributed from public sources including NOAA and the National Weather Service. Model forecasts are frequently wrong, data can be stale or missing, and the app may fail to display a hazard that exists. Treat everything it shows as advisory only.
Subject to these terms, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use Radar Forecast on devices you own or control. You may not resell it, redistribute it, or reverse-engineer it except where that restriction is unenforceable by law.
The app depends on weather data we publish and on third-party services. We do not guarantee that it will be available, current or uninterrupted, and we may change or discontinue any part of it.
Radar Forecast is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or reliance on the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
These terms may be revised. The current version is always the one posted here, dated below. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the revised terms.
